Yes we can send you quotation. You can request quotation using this web site by clicking request quotes button in each product details page. You can also request quotes by using contact us page (if you want to request quotes on custom order).
Do you offer discount for larger order?
Yes we offer discount based on you order quantity. We also offer discount for our returning customer. Please contact us to get more information.

2. Make An Order
How to make an order?
After receiving our quotation, you might want to start order. To start order just sends us email containing the models that you want to order. We’ll send you order information (including time, freight costs, and term of payment).
Is there minimal order quantity for each model?
Yes there is, because we are a wholesaler. You can see minimal order from each model. Total order (freight costs excluded) also have minimum, which is USD 500.
Do you provide sample products?
Yes, we provide sample products so you can see the quality of our products. We only provide samples for certain models. You will be charged for sample product and freight costs. Please contact us to get sample products.
How long my order will be finished?
On the beginning of order process, we will inform you how long your order will be finished. The time will be vary depend on how much order that we do.

3. Custom Order
Do you accept custom model order?
Yes we accept custom model order. Just send us the picture of the items that you want us to make. Please make sure that the models that you want to order respect the legal issues. Contact us to get more information.
Can I order sample products for custom model order?
You can order sample products from us to make sure that the quality is as expected. You might be charged more for the samples. Contact us to get more information.

4. Production Process
I need to order large number of items, how much is the production capacity?
We can do 40,000 items in a month. If you want to order in a large quantity, contact us to get the estimation of how long the order will be processed.
How do you assure the quality of the products?
We have QA procedure. We’ll check the items before the items are shipped to assure the quality of our products. We also always improve the quality based on our customer feedback. If you have any suggestions on our products please send it to us.

5. Payment
What kind of term of payments do you provide?
You must pay 50% from total order in the beginning of order. You’ll pay the rest after the goods is ready to ship. You can pay by using credit card or wire transfer.
Do you accept credit card?
Yes we accept credit card payment. The credit card is provided by 3rd party merchant, 2checkout. The 3rd party merchant will assure the security of the credit card payment process. You will be charged for additional 4.5% from the payment.
Do you accept L/C?
Yes, we also accept LC. For large amount of payment you might want to use L/C. Contact us to get more information of this kind of payment.
What kind of payment is the best?
If you wan to pay sample order, the credit card might suitable for you since it’s more practical. If you want to pay large order you might want to use wire transfer since we won’t charge you additional 3%, but you might want to pay wire transfer costs. You might also want to consider using L/C to pay large order.

6. Shipment
What kind of shipment do you provide?
Currently, we provide FedEx and UPS shipping method. This kind of shipment is practical. They provide door to door shipment and arrange custom administration for you. You might want to use cheaper shipment method (door to port), but you have to manage custom administration by your self (this might troublesome for some of people and might need more time) and pick up the goods in the air port. You might want to use shipment by sea (it takes about 1 month) for larger order. Please contact us to get more information.
How long is the shipment?
The door to door shipment using FedEx or UPS usually takes 3-5 days. For door to port shipment it also takes 3-5 days, but you must also consider the time to manage custom administration in the airport.
Do you provide insurance for the shipment?
The insurance is optional packages from shipment agent (FedEx or UPS), you can use the insurance by paying additional costs.
What kind of shipment is suitable for me?
If you want to be practically, you might want to use FedEx or UPS shipment method. They will deliver the order door to door and manage custom administration for you, but you might pay more for this kind of shipment. You can use door to port shipment (which is cheaper) but you must manage custom administration by your self. The cheapest costs would be using sea shipment. This sea transportation could take about 1 month. You might want to use the sea transportation for regular order in large quantity.
